This server is map wide PVP zones!
1. KOS (Kill on Sight) Guidelines
If you plan to engage in a hostile encounter (e.g., robbing, killing), give the player an opportunity to surrender or react (via in-game communication, emotes, or gestures or voice chat).
This encourages more immersive and intentional PvP, with players having the option to fight or flee rather than being blindsided.
If your base is being raided, you are entitled to defend force immediately no communication is needed to kill.
Non-PvP Zones: No killing is allowed in safe zones (e.g., Traders, towns marked as "safe" by the server). Engaging in PvP here will result in immediate penalties.
Exceptions to KOS: If a player is clearly hostile (e.g., raising a weapon, or actively taking hostile actions), you may engage without warning.
2. Combat Logging
Combat Logout: Players who log off to avoid combat are breaking the rules. Do not log off if you’re being attacked, or if you are in a firefight. If you disconnect during combat and are caught, you will be banned for a period of time (ranging from 12 hours to 7 days, depending on severity).
Safe Disconnect: Wait at least 10 seconds after combat or a fight before logging out to avoid accusations of combat logging. No logging during active fights.
3. Spawn Camping
No Spawn Camping: Players must not camp at spawn locations to kill fresh spawns. Killing players near spawn points (within a 200m radius) is considered bad practice and may result in a ban.
Fresh Spawn Kill Penalty: If you’re caught repeatedly killing fresh spawns near spawn points, a warning will be issued, followed by a temporary ban for repeat offenders.
Camping in Trader zones on map is strictly prohibited If someone is leaving the trader, you are not allowed engage hostile actions within 500 meters of that trader zone.
4. Team Killing and Friendly Fire
Friendly Fire: Players must communicate clearly within their group to avoid accidental kills. If a team member is killed by friendly fire, the responsible party must give back any gear that was taken unintentionally.
Team Kill Penalty: In the case of intentional team kills, the player responsible may face a temporary or permanent ban, depending on the severity and situation.
5. Robbery Rules
Initiating a robbery: If you encounter another player and wish to rob them, you must verbally initiate the robbery. A common rule is that you must warn the player to comply before engaging. For example, say “Put your hands up "or “Drop your Gear”
If you are being robbed, press the "F5" key to activate the hands-up gesture. this is the default DayZ keybinding.
After Robbery Actions: If you rob someone, you cannot kill them unless they actively resist or try to escape. Killing after a robbery without reason (e.g., the player is compliant) will result in a warning or ban.
No Random Killing: Don't kill players for no reason. If you have robbed a player, you’re encouraged to let them go if they comply.
If you encounter someone in the process of robbing an ATM, you are required to refrain from intervening during the robbery. Actions can only be taken once the individual has successfully robbed the ATM.
6. Vehicle Destruction and Griefing
Vehicle Destruction: Destruction of a vehicle is only allowed if the vehicle is involved in a PvP encounter or if it’s being used for hostile activities (e.g., someone is using it to escape). No destroying vehicles for fun or as a form of griefing.
Vehicle Trolling: No intentional destruction of a player’s vehicle without purpose. If a vehicle is abandoned or parked, don't destroy it for no reason.
7. Looting Bodies
Looting after Kills: Looting other players’ bodies is part of the game but be respectful of the time and effort players put into the game. If you kill someone in a group, don’t loot everything—leave some loot behind to give others a chance to recover or come back.
No Excessive Looting: Don’t loot a body multiple times or try to hoard all of the gear. Looting a body excessively (taking everything for yourself without reason) may lead to a warning.
8. Cheating, Exploits, and Unfair Advantage
No Cheating: Absolutely no hacking (aimbots, wallhacks, speed hacks, etc.). If caught, you will be permanently banned.
No Exploiting: Exploiting bugs (such as duplicating gear) or using glitches to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If you discover a bug, report it to the admins instead of using it.
Server Mods: If your server uses mods, make sure all mods are publicly available and not used for an unfair advantage.
9. No Excessive Griefing
Griefing Ban: Intentionally ruining the game experience for other players (for example, by camping safe zones, blocking players in buildings, or trolling) will result in temporary or permanent bans.
Base Griefing: No destruction of players' bases unless there is a direct PvP or hostile engagement. If someone is not actively interacting with you, do not go out of your way to destroy their structures.
10. Communication and Fair Play
Roleplay Encouraged: On certain servers, roleplay is encouraged. Even if PvP is active, try to inject a little bit of story or context into your interactions. It’s not just about killing—it’s about survival.
Fair Play: Play with the mentality of sportsmanship—if you engage in PvP, make it an exciting challenge for both sides. Avoid toxic behavior.
